RETURNS
You have up to 15 Days to return purchased Mikhenzo Teams merchandize.
You can also return items with defects or quality problems.
If you find that your items have any manufacturing defects or quality problems, you should immediately Email Mikhenzo Teams Support Client Service at support@mikhenzoteams.com Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm (EST). Support will provide you with full instructions in order for you to successfully return your goods.
As soon as we receive the item, we will carefully examine it and if any damages or defects are identified, we will repair or replace them free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will ship out a new item or offer you a full refund according to your instructions. Please note: If your items are not deemed faulty, damaged, do not have any quality issues or have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to repairs/replacements or refunds and Mikhenzo Support Service will return the items back to you, at your expense and liability.
