1. How long will it take for me to get my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, it will take up from 2 to 15 working days to receive your order, depending on your country of origin. If you have further questions about this don’t hesitate to contact us, we will give you all the help you need.

  1. How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are already included in the final price you will see during the confirmation of your order

  1. Will my parcel be insured and will I need to sign for it?

Your parcel is not insured however, Mikhenzo Teams guarantees successful shipment of all orders. By presenting customers with up to date tracking from transit up until the point when it is delivered to you. A signature is not required for delivery, at that point, the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you.

  1. Can I change my delivery address once my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, this is only possible for as long as the merchandize has not been shipped out yet.

For all orders, from the day you will receive your item, you have 7 working days to return the product, but shipping costs will be to your charge.

Support will provide you with full instructions to return your goods.

As soon as we receive the item, we will carefully examine it and if any damages or defects are identified, we will repair or replace them free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will ship out a new item or offer you a full refund according to your instructions. Please note: If your items are not deemed faulty, damaged, do not have any quality issues or have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to repairs/replacements or refunds and Mikhenzo Teams Support Service will return the items back to you, at your expense and liability.
